Legacy Society

The Legacy Society recognizes, honors and thanks individuals who have made a commitment to the future of healthcare through bequests to the Foundation in their wills or other estate plans. You are invited to become a member by making a gift in your will or trust, naming the Foundation as beneficiary of an IRA or other retirement plan, naming the Foundation as owner/beneficiary of your life insurance policy or establishing other planned giving arrangements. Society members are recognized in a special way on our Donor Recognition Wall at Sidney Health Center.
